Our Guest Policies
- A 2 night minimum stay is required for both weekdays and weekends.
- A 3 night minimum stay is required for Memorial Day, Labor Day and Columbus Day weekends.
- An advance deposit, equal to 1 night stay, will be charged to your credit card.Visa and Mastercard accepted.
- Check in: between 3 – 6 PM (if after 6:00 PM please let us know in advance)
- We prefer late check ins to be no later than 9:00 PM.
- Check out: 11 AM on day of departure.
- Mid-week rates apply on: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday nights.
- LGBT community welcomed.
- Sorry, we cannot accept pets.
- Children under age 18 are discouraged.
- Prices subject to change without notice.
- NO SMOKING PERMITTED.
- Due to insurance restrictions only paying guests may use house or outdoor facilities.
- Cancellation must be made 5 days in advance of reservation date for a deposit refund.
- For the fall season we require 14 days in advance (Sept. 15 – Nov. 15)
- If not, full amount of reservation will be charged.
While we understand that emergencies do happen, the reason for cancellation does not change our policy. For this reason, ample notice is required.
