Our Guest Policies
- A 2 night minimum is required on weekends and all of October.
- An advance deposit, equal to 1 night stay, will be charged to your credit card.Visa and MasterCard accepted.
- Check in: between 3 – 6 PM (if after 6:00 PM please let us know in advance)
- We prefer late check ins to be no later than 9:00 PM.
- Check out: 11 AM on day of departure.
- Mid-week rates apply on: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday nights.
- LGBT community welcomed.
- Sorry, we cannot accept pets. We have a dog in the house.
- Not for children under age 16.
- Prices subject to change without notice.
- NO SMOKING PERMITTED INSIDE.
- Due to insurance restrictions only paying guests may use house or outdoor facilities.
- Cancellations received 7 days or less from “date of arrival” will be charged for the total of reservation unless room can be re-booked.
- A $25.00 service charge; per reserved room, will be applied to all cancellations.
- Holidays and Fall season (Sept. 15 – Nov. 15) cancellations received less than 14 days from “date of arrival” will be charged the total of reservation unless we can re-book. If not, full amount of reservation will be charged.
- Whole house rental requires a 50% non-refundable deposit at time of reservation. Cancellation must be made 30 days prior to arrival.
While we understand that emergencies do happen, the reason for cancellation does not change our policy. For this reason, ample notice is required.
